These are going to be a breeze, because half of it is going to be already done for you. Not the most balanced breakfast, but we can pretend.
Serves 4-6, Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
- Pancake mix, as prepared by the box. We prefer Birch Benders
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice. We prefer dark.
- 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup crumbled graham crackers
Prepare your pancake batter with your pancake mix. If you're using Birch Benders, all that takes is water! Next, add your chocolate chips and crumbled graham crackers to the batter.
Butter up a heated skillet on medium heat. Once hot enough, pour the pancake batter on to the pan at the desired size. If you're feeling crazy, add more chocolate chips on top.
Next, put a scoop of marshmallow fluff right on top of the freshly poured pancake. This is probably the most challenging part of the process, as fluff refused to cooperate.
Once you've separated your fluff from the spoon, pour more batter right on top of the pancake. Yes, it's nuts.
Flip the pancake once the top starts bubbling up slightly. Pancakes should be a very light golden brown. Continue this process until you've made all your pancakes.
How's that for health?
